We’re lucky enough to have veteran yogi and local Adelaide artist, Nicki, running our Keswick Yoga classes. Our fully equipt yoga studio has plenty of room for you and your mat. Come along and try it out!
When and Where?
Where – All of our Yoga classes are run at Keswick
We run our yoga classes at our specially designed yoga space above the cafe at our Keswick gym.
Sunday – 9:00am – 10:00am | Beginners Yang
A class for beginners – Yang has a little more flow and zest. You’ve gotta have zest to get out of bed this early on a Sunday! In each class we will work on our foundation poses – down dog, upward dog, chaturanga ect. We will stretch the chest, shoulders, hands and toes for the climber’s hips and back, flowing through a gentle but motivating class.
Sunday – 11:00am – 12:00pm | Beginners Chill Flow
Build your yoga confidence. This class is for anyone who is wanting to do yoga but feels “not flexible enough”. Especially tailored for the dudes who are wanting to gain flexibility in their hips, hamstrings and shoulders. We will go slow, relax into postures, stay for a while and be gentle to ourselves physically and mentally. ‘It’s not about the destination, it’s the journey that is the most transformative!’
Members: $10.00 per session
10-Pass Holders and Non-Members: $15.00 per session
