HIIT With Alice!
A functional HIIT (high intensity interval training) session aimed at building lean muscle, burning body fat & training all those muscle groups we use in climbing. Whether you’re a total beginner or a fitness fiend, the workouts are completely modifiable to YOU, every exercise can be progressed or regressed to suit any fitness level, injuries or limitations you may have.
When and Where?
Where – All of our HIIT classes are run at Keswick
Just like our Yoga classes, we run our HIIT classes at our specially designed yoga and fitness space above the cafe at our Keswick gym.
When – Tuesday, 6:00pm – 7:00pm
Includes a full warm up, stretch and warm down. Bring a towel and drink bottle and be ready for a real workout.
Members: $10.00 per session
10-Pass Holders and Non-Members: $15.00 per session
Make sure you: call up our Keswick gym and ask our friendly desk staff to reserve a spot and you can pay on the day.
