        1. CHILDREN CLIMBING

While it is awesome that climbing is becoming the sport of choice for many kids, we ask parents and children to be mindful that our facility has been designed for adults.

A fall from height is relatively larger for a smaller frame and therefore has more potential risk.

Children must be a minimum of 8 years of age and more than 120 centimeters tall in order to climb at Beyond Bouldering.

All children must not be left unattended within the facility at any time.

We expect everyone at Beyond Bouldering to follow the rules and to be safe, responsible and considerate of others.

        Rules for young climbers

        1. Children must be over 8 years old and more than 120 centimeters to climb at Beyond Bouldering.
        2. All climbers under 18 years of age must have their waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.
        3. All children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
        4. Adults must ensure children under their supervision follow Beyond Bouldering’s rules.
        5. Adults must ensure children under their supervision only climb to a height that they and the child are comfortable with.
        6. All climbers must remove themselves from the mats while they are not climbing.
        7. There is no running in the facility.
        8. Our mats are used specifically for people to fall on. Children must not run, flip, cartwheel, etc. on the mats.

If these rules are broken, Beyond Bouldering follows a three strike system. The first strike serves as a reminder of the rules. The second strike has the child take a five minute break from climbing. The third strike removes the child from the climbing area for the rest of the day.

We thank you for your cooperation.

PROMOTION & EVENT SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS

SPRING SALE - 3 MONTH MEMBERSHIP OFFER

        1. The Offer

This offer gives eligible members an ongoing Direct Debit membership priced and benefited as a Beyond Bouldering 12 Month Membership for a Minimum Term, with no joining or start-up fee. Once the Minimum Term is complete, the membership automatically continues as a standard month-to-month Direct Debit membership - both the price and the inclusions revert to the standard month-to-month membership, and it does not expire or require rejoining.

        2. Eligibility

        • Available to anyone who has not held an active Beyond Bouldering membership at any time from 1 August 2026 onward. This includes brand-new members and previous members whose membership ended before 1 August 2026.
        • Members whose membership was active at any point from 1 August 2026 onward are not eligible.
        • One offer per person; cannot be combined with any other offer or discount unless stated otherwise.
        • Standard Adult and Student membership categories apply. Valid student ID is required at sign-up to receive the Student rate.

        3. Offer Period

Available to eligible members who commence a new Direct Debit membership between Saturday 22 August 2026 and 11:59pm Wednesday 30 September 2026 (ACST). Beyond Bouldering reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time before a member signs up.

        4. Pricing, Fees & Minimum Term

Category Offer rate (Minimum Term) Standard rate (from month 4 onward)
Adult $29.95 per week $35.95 per week
Student $27.95 per week $33.95 per week

Eligible members pay the offer rate above - Beyond Bouldering’s current 12 Month Membership Direct Debit rate - and receive full 12 Month Membership benefits (see clause 6) for a Minimum Term of 12 weekly Direct Debit payments (or the equivalent value where billed on a different frequency, e.g. fortnightly). There is no joining fee or start-up fee payable on memberships taken out under this offer. Standard rates shown are current as at the date of this document and may change; the rate that applies after the Minimum Term is whatever Beyond Bouldering’s standard month-to-month Direct Debit rate is at that time.

        5. After the Minimum Term

Once the Minimum Term (12 weekly payments, or equivalent) has been completed, the membership automatically continues, on an ongoing basis, as a standard month-to-month Direct Debit membership - both in price and inclusions - at Beyond Bouldering’s then-current standard month-to-month rate and standard month-to-month benefits, billed on the member’s existing Direct Debit cycle, until cancelled in accordance with clause 8.

        6. Membership Benefits

During the Minimum Term, members on this offer receive all the benefits of a Beyond Bouldering 12 Month Membership: unlimited climbing across all Beyond Bouldering locations during opening hours, 10% off the pro shop and competition entry, free Foundations & Technique classes, an unlimited guest pass, and free access to fitness classes.

After the Minimum Term, benefits revert to those of a standard month-to-month membership: unlimited climbing across all Beyond Bouldering locations during opening hours, 10% off the pro shop and competition entry, and free Foundations & Technique classes. The unlimited guest pass and free fitness class access are no longer included once the membership reverts to month-to-month.

        7. Suspension / Freezing

Members may suspend (freeze) their Direct Debit membership at a cost of $4.95 per week. Memberships can be suspended for a maximum of 4 weeks per year without supporting documentation. Longer suspension periods may be arranged with supporting documentation, such as a medical certificate or evidence of travel.

        8. Cancellation

No cancellation is available during the Minimum Term. Once the Minimum Term has been completed, members may cancel their Direct Debit membership at any time by providing at least 2 weeks’ written notice to directdebit@beyondbouldering.com.au, in line with Beyond Bouldering’s standard cancellation policy. Direct Debit payments will continue to be processed during the notice period.

        9. General

Except as varied by these terms, Beyond Bouldering’s standard membership Terms & Conditions continue to apply, including but not limited to policies on non-transferability, non-refundability, suspension and facility use. Beyond Bouldering reserves the right to amend fees and general terms from time to time in accordance with its standard Terms & Conditions.
